We are hiring for a role of Manager – Marketing & Home Delivery with a leading Food and Beverage company Location Dubai **A. Marketing & Brand Management** Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across markets. • Ensure consistent brand positioning, visual identity, and communication across all channels and geographies. • Lead campaign planning and execution across offline and digital channels to drive traffic, dine-in sales, brand awareness, and delivery revenue. • Drive new product launches, seasonal campaigns, value promotions, and brand collaborations in partnership with operations and external agencies. • Manage the digital marketing ecosystem, including social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer activity, content planning, email marketing, and website updates where applicable. • Oversee content strategy and brand storytelling to ensure relevance, consistency, and strong consumer engagement. • Monitor campaign ROI, reach, engagement, acquisition, and conversion metrics, and continuously optimize spends and channel mix. • Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable revenue growth and profitable outcomes. • Track competitive activity, customer trends, pricing moves, and market insights to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities. **B. Home Delivery Strategy & Operations** Own end-to-end delivery performance across all participating brands and markets. • Drive delivery revenue growth, order volumes, channel profitability, and customer retention. • Manage and optimize relationships with aggregators and delivery partners across markets, including day to-day issue resolution and escalation management. • Lead commercial negotiations on commissions, visibility, campaigns, service levels, promotional mechanics, and contractual terms. • Optimize menu engineering, pricing architecture, combos, offers, imagery, and merchandising to improve conversion and ticket size on delivery platforms. • Monitor and improve key delivery KPIs such as SLA adherence, preparation and dispatch delays, order accuracy, cancellation rates, refund trends, complaints, and platform ratings. **C. Data Analytics, MIS & Performance Management** • Build and manage robust MIS and reporting frameworks across marketing and delivery operations. • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to derive actionable insights by brand, outlet, platform, market, and campaign. • Track campaign effectiveness, aggregator performance, customer behavior, menu performance, discount efficiency, and profitability trends. • Drive real-time decision-making through dashboards, performance reviews, variance analysis, and commercial diagnostics. • Identify opportunities for revenue optimization, cost control, productivity improvement, and process efficiency. • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise and business-focused manner. **D. Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement** • Monitor customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and complaint patterns across all relevant channels and platforms. • Partner with operations teams to improve end-to-end guest experience in delivery and brand touchpoints. • Drive service recovery improvements and root-cause analysis for recurring issues. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data, customer feedback, and market learning to strengthen service consistency across brands and geographies. **E.
