Manager - Project Control

**Overview** ------------ The Manager – Project Controls is responsible for overseeing integrated planning, scheduling, cost control and performance monitoring across all contracts, ensuring alignment with program objectives and supporting informed decision-making by the Employer. **Your role** ------------- * Monitor contractor schedules, progress and milestones, ensuring alignment with approved plans and program timelines. * Oversee cost control, forecasting and budget tracking across multiple contracts and work streams. * Validate contractor reporting, ensuring accuracy of progress, cost and performance data. * Identify schedule delays, cost risks and performance deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Provide integrated dashboards, reporting and strategic insights to support Employer decision-making. **About you** ------------- * Minimum 7+ years' experience in project controls, planning, cost control or program management in infrastructure / transport projects. * Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project), cost control systems and reporting frameworks. * Experience working in multi-contract or PMC environments. * Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills. **Rewards & benefits** ---------------------- Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
