Team Leader / Marketing Manager **Experience Required:** Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Forex Brokerage Industry. **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company targets. * Develop and implement marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention. * Generate quality leads through digital and offline marketing campaigns. * Build strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and clients. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the forex industry. * Coordinate with sales and compliance teams for smooth operations. * Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis. * Ensure brand visibility and business growth in target markets. **Requirements:** * Strong knowledge of Forex Brokerage operations and marketing strategies. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage teams and achieve targets. * Experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2. Compliance Officer **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the Forex Brokerage Industry. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Monitor KYC, AML, and client onboarding procedures. * Review and maintain compliance documentation and reports. * Conduct internal compliance checks and risk assessments. * Coordinate with management regarding regulatory updates and requirements. * Assist in handling audits and compliance-related inquiries. * Ensure all company activities follow legal and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** * Good knowledge of Forex Brokerage compliance regulations. * Understanding of AML, KYC, and risk management procedures. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
