**Role Summary** ================ We are hiring a Marketing Lead at Lndmrk to own pipeline, not just marketing activity. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role for someone who has already built and scaled marketing in a successful startup and knows how to turn momentum into a predictable, repeatable growth engine. You will be expected to move fast, test aggressively, and deliver results that tie directly to revenue. This is not a brand-only role — it is about building a high-performing growth engine across channels and being accountable for the outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** ======================== **Growth Strategy & Pipeline Ownership** ---------------------------------------- * Own pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue targets end to end. * Build and execute a high-velocity, experiment-led growth strategy across paid, organic, and outbound channels. * Rapidly test, iterate, and double down on what works — and cut what does not. **Demand Generation & Acquisition** ----------------------------------- * Launch and scale performance marketing across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle channels. * Build scalable acquisition channels that reduce CAC over time without sacrificing growth. * Create high-impact content that drives both demand and credibility in the market. **Positioning & Messaging** --------------------------- * Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that converts across channels and audiences. * Work closely with the founder and product team to ensure consistent narrative and brand presence. **Sales Alignment & Analytics** ------------------------------- * Work closely with sales to optimise funnel conversion and reduce sales cycle length. * Own marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking end to end. * Maintain clear visibility on CAC, LTV, and channel performance at all times. **Team & Resource Management** ------------------------------ * Build and manage external and internal resources to execute at speed and scale. * Set the standard for marketing quality and performance across the company. **Qualifications & Experience** =============================== **Essential** ------------- * 6-10+ years in marketing, with prior experience as the marketing lead at a high-growth startup. * Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just leads or brand awareness. * Deep expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance channels. * Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, conversion, and ROI. * Highly hands-on — comfortable executing as well as leading. * Strong bias for action and personal accountability. **Preferred** ------------- * Experience in real estate, proptech, or SaaS platforms. * Experience operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments where you have had to do more with less. * Familiarity with both B2B and B2C growth strategies. **What Success Looks Like** =========================== * A predictable, scalable pipeline generation engine is in place within the first 3-6 months. * Clear CAC, LTV, and channel performance visibility across the business. * Measurable contribution to revenue growth that leadership can point to. * Strong, well-aligned relationship between marketing, sales, and product. **Who You Are** =============== **Revenue-Obsessed** You care about pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
