**Secret Gardens Landscaping LLC** is looking for an experienced and proactive **Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. * Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising campaigns. * Plan and coordinate marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns. * Create engaging content including photos, videos, presentations, and marketing materials. * Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations. * Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to support business development efforts. * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. ### **Requirements** **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. * Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing. * Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
