Marketing Manager – Job Description Location: Erbil, Iraq Reports To: General Manager Department: Marketing & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Position: Marketing Manager -Male preferable Position Overview The Marketing manager will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing plans to strengthen The Italian Coffee Company’s brand presence and support revenue growth across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. This role requires a high-energy, creative, and analytical professional who can manage multi-brand campaigns, develop innovative marketing strategies, and align them with sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for all brands in the portfolio. • Position the company as the market leader in premium beverage and equipment distribution. • Localize global brand strategies for regional relevance. • Digital & Traditional Marketing • Lead digital marketing efforts including social media and content creation. • Oversee print collateral and advertising materials. • Coordinate advertising and PR campaigns. 2. Product & Trade Marketing • Launch and promote new products with sales and brand partners. • Organize trade events and client activations. • Develop training and promotional materials. 3. Customer Insights & Analytics • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Track marketing performance metrics and provide reports. • Analyze customer behavior to inform marketing strategies. 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Supervise marketing team members and external agencies. • Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging. • Coordinate with international partners for joint efforts. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG sectors. • Experience with multi-brand portfolios and international brands. • Knowledge of Iraq/Kurdistan market and consumer behavior. • Fluency in English and Arabic (Kurdish is a plus). Skills & Competencies • Strategic thinking and results-oriented. • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms. • Creative with a keen sense for branding. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
