About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, student enrollments, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and team coordination, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other channels.
* Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and content marketing initiatives.
* Generate qualified leads and support enrollment/sales targets through effective marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
* Coordinate with sales, academic, and management teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
* Oversee content creation, including social media posts, videos, blogs, promotional materials, and advertisements.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Organize promotional events, seminars, workshops, and community outreach activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and external agencies.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to management.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the education, training, or service industry.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
* Experience managing marketing teams or external agencies.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
