**Marketing Manager – Job Role**
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, partnerships, and business growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Strategy
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team across campaigns and projects.
* Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize marketing initiatives for better ROI.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts support business growth.
Digital Marketing
* Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and paid advertising platforms.
* Monitor analytics and campaign performance to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
* Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to streamline campaigns.
WhatsApp Marketing
* Design and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement, promotions, and lead nurturing.
* Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open and response rates.
* Ensure compliance with messaging regulations and best practices.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
* Negotiate collaboration agreements and campaign deliverables.
* Track partnership performance and measure impact on brand visibility and sales.
Developer & B2B Partnerships
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with developers, agencies, and B2B clients.
* Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and networking opportunities.
* Support business development efforts through targeted outreach and relationship management.
Roadshows & Workshops
* Plan and execute roadshows, workshops, webinars, and offline events to promote the brand and generate leads.
* Coordinate logistics, vendor management, promotional materials, and attendee engagement.
* Evaluate event performance and gather insights for future improvements.
Lead Generation
* Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Create funnels and nurturing strategies to convert prospects into qualified leads.
* Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
Content & Brand
* Oversee content creation for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
* Collaborate with designers, writers, and creators to produce engaging and high-quality content.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
