Key responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for construction and real estate projects, including towers and mixed-use complexes.Lead project launch campaigns from concept to delivery, covering digital, print, outdoor, and event-based channels.Create and manage marketing collateral brochures, renderings, presentations, site signage, and digital assets tailored to the construction sector.Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners.Oversee the company’s digital presence including website, social media, and property listing platforms.Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI across all campaigns.Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows relevant to the construction and real estate market.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically in construction or real estate.Proven track record of marketing tower, complex, or large-scale development projects.Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and how to market at each stage (pre-launch, under construction, handover).Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and design software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
