Marketing Operations & Brand Activation Manager **Position Overview:** We are looking for a highly organized and commercially-minded **Marketing Operations & Brand Activation Manager** to lead the execution of our day-to-day marketing activities across events, partnerships, content production, and creative operations. We need someone hands-on - a person who can manage vendors, coordinate campaigns, execute broker-focused activations, oversee creative production, and ensure every marketing initiative supports brand positioning and broker awareness. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute broker-focused events, activations, launches, networking sessions, and brand experiences * Develop marketing initiatives that increase awareness and engagement within the broker community * Coordinate and manage external vendors, agencies, production companies, photographers, videographers, media partners, event suppliers, printing companies, and digital contractors * Oversee the operational side of marketing campaigns from concept to execution * Work closely with designers and content teams to ensure strong creative direction and premium brand presentation * Review and contribute to digital creatives, campaign concepts, social media content, presentations, and marketing materials * Ensure consistency across all online and offline brand touchpoints * Manage timelines, production schedules, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously * Source creative ideas, references, and trends relevant to luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, lifestyle, and premium branding * Support the team with campaign coordination, partnerships, PR initiatives, and brand collaborations * Monitor execution quality and maintain high standards across all marketing outputs **Requirements** * Experience in marketing operations, brand activations, event marketing, or creative project management * Strong understanding of how marketing activities translate into broker awareness, engagement, and sales support * Experience managing multiple contractors and external agencies simultaneously * Strong visual taste and understanding of premium digital content and branding * Good understanding of social media, digital campaigns, content production, and creative workflows * Ability to work fast, stay organized, and handle multiple moving parts under pressure * Strong communication and coordination skills * High attention to detail and execution quality * Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands is a strong advantage **Ideal Candidate** * Operationally strong, not just “ideas-focused” * Understands both branding and execution * Has strong creative instinct and visual awareness * Comfortable taking ownership and pushing projects forward independently * Understands how to make a brand visible and relevant within the broker market * Thinks commercially, not just aesthetically Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many parallel marketing projects/campaigns do you typically handle at once? * Describe ONE marketing event or activation you personally executed.
