Marketing Technical Operator

Novara Language Institute is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled **Digital Marketing Operations Specialist** to join our Marketing Department. The role focuses on the technical and operational side of digital marketing rather than content creation only. The selected candidate should be able to independently manage digital marketing systems, campaigns, tracking infrastructure, and automation workflows. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize company websites * Handle Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube) * Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) * Monitor campaign performance, CPL, and conversions * Manage tracking systems, pixels, and conversion APIs * Create and maintain landing pages and forms * Integrate CRM systems with marketing platforms * Manage marketing automations and workflows * Coordinate with marketing and sales teams regarding lead flow and tracking * Troubleshoot technical marketing issues * Assist with analytics, reporting, and dashboards **Requirements:** * Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager * Experience with WordPress * Knowledge of tracking systems and analytics tools * CRM and automation experience * Good technical problem-solving skills * English proficiency required Work Location: In person
