The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D mechanical models to ensure seamless project execution from design to construction. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * **BIM Modeling:** Develop detailed 3D models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing) using Revit MEP according to project specifications. * **Clash Detection:** Perform interference checks and clash detection using **Navisworks**, resolving conflicts with structural and other MEP services. * **Shop Drawings:** Extract high-quality shop drawings, sections, and isometric views from the BIM model for site installation. * **Coordination:** Participate in BIM coordination meetings to synchronize mechanical designs with Architecture and Structure. * **BOQ Extraction:** Generate accurate Quantities Take-off (QT) and Schedules directly from the BIM models. * **Standards Compliance:** Ensure all models adhere to BIM execution plans (BEP) and international/company standards. ***Requirements & Qualifications:*** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical Engineering**. * **Software Expertise:** Mastery of **Autodesk Revit**, **Navisworks Manage**, and **AutoCAD**.
