**Mechanical Draftsman** **Company:** Universal BIM Technical Services LLC **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Mechanical Draftsman** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing mechanical shop drawings and coordinating HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for construction projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings based on approved designs, project requirements, and BIM models. * Draft HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting layouts in accordance with project specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and system integration. * Revise and update drawings based on consultant, client, and project team feedback. * Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and applicable codes. * Support project coordination, documentation, and timely project delivery. * Assist in identifying and resolving design and coordination issues during project execution. Requirements * 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage. * Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. * Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and specifications. * Must be currently available in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
