Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer (Arabic Speaking)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, inspection, and operation of fire alarm and firefighting systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience working within UAE regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm and firefighting systems to ensure 24/7 reliability * Supervise and coordinate technicians and maintenance schedules * Inspect, troubleshoot, and rectify faults in fire protection systems * Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of new systems (fit-out projects) * Ensure all systems comply with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Civil Defense requirements * Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations * Ensure proper testing of fire pumps, panels, sprinklers, detectors, and suppression systems * Maintain safety standards and procedures at all sites **Key Requirements & Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fire alarm (FA) and firefighting systems * **Language:** Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills * **Technical Knowledge:** Good understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code * **System Expertise:** Experience with addressable and conventional panels (e.g., Notifier, Siemens, Honeywell), sprinklers, pumps, deluge systems, and FM200/clean agent systems * **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering * **License:** Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) * **Additional Skills:** Experience in Civil Defense coordination, AMC preparation, and uploading Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
