Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office (MEP construction )

Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC is looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office with strong experience in MEP construction projects. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in MEP Construction Projects. * Strong experience in Technical Office operations within MEP contracting companies. * Proficient in reviewing IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Experience in preparation and review of material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical queries. * Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems. * Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ review, and procurement support. * Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and site teams. * Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and project standards. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: * Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Prepare and review shop drawings and technical submittals. * Coordinate with consultants and project teams for approvals. * Support procurement and project execution teams with technical requirements. * Prepare RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation. * Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in project planning and cost control. * Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. Preferred: * UAE Experience in MEP Contracting. * Immediate Joiners. * UAE Driving License is an advantage. Salary: To be discussed during the interview. Work Location: In person
