Mechanical Foreman

**Mechanical Foreman** to oversee and manage mechanical works for our **high-rise building projects**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction industry, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to lead a team to deliver quality results within deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. * Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations. * Supervise and guide a team of technicians and subcontractors. * Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively. * Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements. * Coordinate with quality control teams to address any non-conformities. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other trades. * Attend site meetings and provide updates on mechanical works progress. * Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and team performance. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for submission to the project manager. * Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all mechanical activities adhere to health and safety regulations. **Qualifications and Experience and Skills:** * **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mechanical supervision, preferably on high-rise building projects. * Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. * **Skills:** * Strong leadership and organizational abilities. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards is preferred.
