Mechanical Site Engineer (MEP) – HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Systems

We are seeking an experienced **MEP Site Engineer** with a strong **mechanical background** to supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in **HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems**, ensuring all installations are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision * Supervise and monitor MEP works on site including: * HVAC systems * Plumbing systems * Electrical systems * Fire fighting systems * Ventilation and chilled water systems * Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. * Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and technicians. Project Coordination * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, civil engineers, and electrical teams. * Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements. * Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently. Quality & Safety * Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with standards. * Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants. * Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and site safety regulations. Progress Monitoring * Monitor project progress and ensure completion as per schedule. * Prepare daily and weekly site reports. * Report delays, risks, and material shortages to management. Material & Resource Management * Monitor delivery and installation of MEP materials and equipment. * Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on site. * Coordinate with procurement for material requirements. RequirementsQualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience * Minimum **4 years of UAE/GCC experience** as an MEP or Mechanical Site Engineer. * Strong site supervision experience in building construction projects. * Experience handling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is mandatory. Skills * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Experience coordinating with consultants for inspections and approvals. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams. Preferred Candidate * Immediate joiners preferred. * UAE driving license is an advantage. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
