**Hiring – MEP Coordinator** Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Project Type: High-Rise / Tower Projects We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior MEP Coordinator Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MEP coordination, particularly in tower projects, and the ability to manage complex site activities efficiently. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of leading coordination efforts between all MEP disciplines and ensuring successful project execution in line with approved designs, specifications, and authority regulations. Position **MEP Coordinator Engineer (High-Rise Projects)** **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-rise / tower projects (UAE experience preferred) Strong expertise in MEP coordination and site execution for multi-storey buildings In-depth knowledge of MEP systems including: \* HVAC systems (chilled water, ventilation, smoke management) \* Plumbing & Drainage systems \* Firefighting & Fire Alarm systems \* Electrical & ELV systems Proven experience in coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural works Ability to review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and resolve site clashes Familiarity with UAE authority standards and approvals (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense, municipality requirements) Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage) Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams effectively Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Immediate / short notice joiners preferred **Job Responsibilities** Lead and manage all MEP coordination activities on high-rise project sites Ensure proper coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and as-built drawings Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues during construction Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with project specifications Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures Assist in inspections, testing, commissioning, and authority approvals Report project progress and technical issues to project management **Salary & Benefits** Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on prestigious high-rise and tower projects in Dubai Career growth and professional development opportunities **Joining** Immediate / Short Notice Preferred **How to Apply** Please apply through Indeed job portal. **Application Question(s):** * How many years of UAE experience you have as MEP Coordinator in UAE? * What is your visa status? * What is your expected salary? * Do you have a valid UAE driving license?
