MEP Coordinator [ Arabic Speaker]

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Arabic-speaking Electrical or Mechanical Engineer for the position of MEP Coordinator for Abu Dhabi projects. The ideal candidate shall possess strong technical knowledge, authority liaison experience, and coordination capabilities within the Abudhabi construction industry. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of UAE experience, specifically in Abu Dhabi projects. * Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). * Strong hands-on experience in liaison and coordination with Abu Dhabi authorities including but not limited to TAQA, ADCD, ADSSC, ADM, ADMCC, ESTIDAMA and other relevant government authorities/utilities. * Thorough knowledge of authority regulations, submission procedures, approvals, inspections, NOCs, and compliance requirements. * Experience in handling authority submissions, inspections, approvals, and project close-out procedures * Strong coordination and management skills with: * MEP Team * Civil Team * Project Consultants * PMC/Client Representatives * Ability to manage site coordination, technical discussions, and project execution effectively. * Immediate joiners preferred (available within 30 days). **Roles & Responsibilities:** * Coordinate all MEP activities for ongoing projects. * Manage authority approvals, inspections, and technical submissions. * Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority standards and project specifications. * Coordinate between design, site execution, consultants, subcontractors, and PMC. * Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site coordination issues. * Attend authority meetings, consultant meetings, and site inspection. * Support project delivery within approved timelines and quality standards. * Report directly to the Head of MEP Department Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
