MEP Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced **BIM MEP Coordinator** with **5+ years of experience** to coordinate BIM activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The candidate will be responsible for model coordination, clash detection, and ensuring BIM deliverables meet project requirements. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate MEP BIM models with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines. * Review and manage BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. * Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues. * Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and client requirements. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare and update BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation. * Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support. * Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure timely project completion. * Maintain model accuracy and documentation throughout the project. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering. * **Minimum 5+ years of experience** as a BIM MEP Coordinator. * Strong proficiency in **Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD**. * Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and shop drawing production. * Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and construction workflows. * Good communication and coordination skills. * UAE/GCC project experience is preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
