**MEP Draftsman** **Company:** Universal BIM Technical Services LLC **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **MEP Draftsman** to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UAE experience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for construction projects. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) in accordance with project requirements. * Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting layouts to ensure clash-free designs. * Collaborate closely with engineers and the BIM team to maintain design accuracy and project standards. * Revise and update drawings based on consultant, client, and project team comments. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards. * Support project coordination, documentation, and timely project delivery. Requirements * 2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit is an advantage. * Good understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination. * Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and specifications. * Currently available in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
