MEP Draftsman

Preferred: Fit-Out / Renovation Industry Experience We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our fit-out team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and coordination with architectural and structural drawings. Key Responsibilities * Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out projects. * Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and low-current system layouts. * Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, civil, and interior design drawings to avoid clashes. * Modify and revise drawings based on engineer/client comments and site conditions. * Ensure drawings comply with local authority standards and project specifications. * Prepare schematic diagrams and detailed sections where required. * Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings when needed. * Maintain proper drawing records and revisions. * Support project engineers and site teams with technical drafting requirements. * Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors. * Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules. RequirementsEducation * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience * 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in interior fit-out projects. * UAE/GCC fit-out experience preferred. Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
