MEP Draftsman

* **Drafting & Design:** Produce detailed MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation layouts for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems using AutoCAD or Revit. * **Coordination:** Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and civil drawings to ensure clash-free designs and optimal layouts. * **Technical Compliance:** Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC), and project specifications. * **Revisions:** Modify drawings based on consultant comments, site instructions, and engineer feedback. * **Material Take-offs (MTO):** Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity extractions from drawings. * **System Layouts:** Draft electrical schematics (lighting, power, ELV, SLD) and mechanical layouts (HVAC ducting, piping) * ATLEAST 7-10 years of experience Work Location: In person
