MEP Draftsman

**Job Description: MEP Draftsman** We are seeking a skilled **MEP Draftsman** with experience in engineering consultancy to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing precise technical drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with local standards and project requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and other drafting tools. * Coordinate with engineers and consultants to incorporate design changes and updates. * Ensure all drawings adhere to Dubai regulations and project specifications. * Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals as needed. * Assist in resolving technical issues during the design and construction phases. * Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing records. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in an engineering consultancy, preferably in Dubai. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and local building codes. * Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs into accurate drawings. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Diploma or certification in drafting, MEP design, or a related field is preferred.
