MEP Draftsman

**Job Title: MEP Draftsman** **Location:** UAE **Salary:** AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month Job Requirements * Minimum **4+ years of UAE experience** as an MEP Draftsman. * Proven experience in **MEP projects** and **Fit-Out works**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and other relevant drafting software. * Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. * Ability to prepare and revise detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. * Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and authority requirements. * Strong coordination skills with engineers, consultants, and project teams. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical drawings. * Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior fit-out drawings. * Develop and update as-built drawings based on site conditions. * Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with project requirements. * Assist project engineers in design modifications and drawing revisions. * Maintain drawing records and document control procedures. * Support site teams with technical drafting and coordination requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile * Experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out projects. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. * Immediate joiners will be preferred. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
