MEP Electrical Engineer (5-Star Hotel Project) High Rise Building - MEP Manager

Position Description: **MEP Electrical Engineer (5-Star Hotel Project)** Project Overview: **High-end 5-star hotel** project currently in the interior finishing phase, requiring specialized MEP expertise for system commissioning, integration, and handover. Key Responsibilities: **Oversee and coordinate MEP systems installation, testing, and optimization across all hotel areas, ensuring compliance with international standards and client specifications.** **Take charge of on-site electrical works（and coordinate plumbing & HVAC works when required.** **Key duties include but are not limited to:** **1. Promote and clarify technical implementation on site;** **2.Review construction drawings and put forward professional review comments;** **3.Coordinate cross-party on-site construction & technical coordination;** **Formulate, update construction schedules and implement schedule correction & deviation rectification as needed.** **Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems including:** **Plumbing & Drainage Systems** **Electrical Lighting & Power Distribution** **HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)** **Gas Supply & Safety Systems** **Elv Systems (including CCTV, BMS, security system,fire alarm, etc.)** **Building Management System (BMS) Integration** **Landscape & Facade Lighting Systems** **Swimming Pool & Spa M&E Systems** **Elevator & Escalator Systems** **Kitchen Equipment & Ventilation Systems** Collaborate with interior design, **Main contractor**, and subcontractors to resolve coordination challenges during finishing works (e.g., concealed installations, aesthetic integration). Ensure all systems meet handover requirements through rigorous testing, documentation review, and defect management. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP management for luxury hotels or high-rise commercial projects. Proven track record in commissioning complex MEP systems during interior finishing phases. In-depth knowledge of international codes (e.g., **ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA)** and local regulations. Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams (architects, contractors, consultants). Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and international stakeholder communication.
