MEP Engineer

Interior Fit-Out MEP Engineer **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time | Permanent **Salary:** AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 per month *(Based on experience and qualifications)* Job Description A leading Interior Fit-Out Company in Dubai is looking for an experienced **Interior Fit-Out MEP Engineer** to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE interior fit-out projects and be capable of managing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works from planning through project handover. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute all MEP works for interior fit-out projects. * Review architectural, structural, and interior drawings to ensure proper MEP coordination and identify design clashes. * Coordinate with MEP draftsmen to prepare and finalize shop drawings, builders' work drawings, and as-built drawings. * Manage HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV installations. * Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project teams to obtain approvals for drawings, technical submissions, and material submittals. * Monitor project progress, manpower, subcontractors, and material availability to ensure timely project completion. * Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. * Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover. * Maintain accurate project documentation, inspection reports, and site records. * Coordinate effectively with civil, architectural, and joinery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** in Interior Fit-Out MEP projects. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems. * Experience in commercial offices, retail, hospitality, F&B, and luxury interior fit-out projects. * Sound knowledge of UAE building codes and local authority regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Experience with project planning software is an advantage. * Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * UAE Driving Licence is preferred. * **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** Benefits * Employment Visa Provided * Medical Insurance * Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law * Career Growth Opportunities * Professional Working Environment How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and are ready to join immediately, please send your updated CV to: **[email protected]** **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
