MEP Engineer - Factory Construction

Job Description: MEP Engineer – for Factory Construction in Dubai We are looking for an experienced **MEP Engineer** with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable on-site visits, and attending site meetings and inspections. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients. ***Duties & Responsibilities:*** * Preparing mechanical designs, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects * Capable to design HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems. * Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. * Prepare/Review quotations, variations, material and technical submittals * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractor and consultant * Prepare coordinated and detailed shop drawings for submission and site coordination * Perform engineering calculations to support design work * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors * Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with Senior Engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability * Conducting site inspections when required. * Flexible and can lead the work independently * Ability to manage multiple projects assigned and to work under pressure ***Please read carefully before applying.*** * A minimum of 4 years of MEP Contracting knowledge and experience * Should Know design software, such as Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD * Valid U.A.E Driving license is a plus * Good knowledge and understanding of the Mechanical Engineering design and analysis. * Great written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design. * Ability to work on assigned scope independently **Job Type**: Full Time / Permanent **Nationality:** Any Nationality **Salary**: Will discuss during personal interview based on work experience **Annual Vacation:** One month paid vacation after 12th month for the first year and after 11 month for the next years. **Day Off**: Sunday **Location:** Dubai – UAE Work Location: In person
