MEP Engineer -FITOUT

**Job Summary:** * We are looking for a skilled **MEP Engineer** with 4–5 years of UAE experience in **fit-out or construction projects**, specifically with **villa fit-out projects**. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage MEP works efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute all **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)** works on-site * Handle **villa fit-out projects** ensuring quality and timely delivery * Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance * Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors * Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines * Ensure compliance with **UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements** * Conduct inspections and troubleshoot MEP-related issues * Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering * **4–5 years of UAE experience** in fit-out or construction * **Mandatory experience in villa fit-out projects** * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **UAE Driving License (Preferred)** Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Have you worked on villa fit-out projects in the UAE?
