MEP Engineer – Interior & Fit-Out Construction

**Job Title: MEP Engineer – Interior & Fit-Out Construction** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Montaigne Design Services LLC Job Summary Montaigne Design is seeking a skilled and experienced **MEP Engineer** to join our Interior & Fit-Out Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for interior fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities for interior fit-out projects. * Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Coordinate MEP works with architectural, civil, and interior fit-out teams. * Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems. * Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks. * Prepare material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities. * Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover. * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP and Interior Fit-Out Construction projects. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting systems. * Experience in commercial, office, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * UAE Driving License is an advantage.
