**MEP Engineer – Roads & Bridges** **Abu Dhabi** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **MEP Engineer** to support the planning, design coordination, installation, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects. The role ensures all MEP works are executed in compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and coordinate MEP works across Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects * Review MEP designs, drawings, and technical submittals for compliance with project specifications * Coordinate with civil, structural, and utilities teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems * Supervise installation of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems at site level * Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and international standards * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers for approvals and coordination * Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards for all MEP activities * Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems * Identify technical issues and provide timely engineering solutions * Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and as-built drawings are maintained * Assist in value engineering and optimization of MEP designs and installations **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) * Minimum **5–10 years of experience** in MEP engineering within infrastructure or construction projects * Strong experience in Roads & Bridges or large-scale civil infrastructure projects preferred * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, drainage, water supply, and utility coordination * Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes * Experience in site supervision and MEP installation works * Strong technical, problem-solving, and coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering tools * Good understanding of testing & commissioning procedures **Key Competencies:** * MEP Design Coordination * Site Supervision & Execution * Utilities Integration * Technical Problem Solving * Compliance & Quality Assurance * Stakeholder Coordination Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
