MEP Estimater

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the fit-out industry and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works based on project drawings, specifications, and BOQs * Analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for pricing and technical inputs * Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines * Review tender documents and prepare competitive bids * Maintain updated records of cost estimates and project data Requirements & Qualifications * 2 4 years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably in the fit-out industry * Strong knowledge of complete MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.) * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office * Good analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong communication and coordination skills Application Question(s): * Do you have own visa Work Location: In person
