MEP Estimation Engineer

**Hiring – MEP Estimation & Quantity Surveyor Engineer** **Location**: Dubai, United Arab Emirates **Project Type:** High-Value MEP Construction Projects We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **MEP Estimation & Quantity Surveyor Engineer** to support our pre-contract and post-contract MEP activities in Dubai. The role involves cost estimation, tendering, BOQs, cost control, and supporting the commercial team on major MEP projects. **Available Position** MEP Estimation & Quantity Surveyor Engineer **Requirements** ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field ✅ 3–5 years of experience in MEP construction projects ✅ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in UAE / GCC ✅ Strong knowledge of MEP estimation, BOQs, and cost control ✅ Experience in tendering for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works ✅ Experience in variations, interim payments, and final accounts ✅ Good understanding of MEP drawings and specifications ✅ Proficient in MS Excel ✅ Strong analytical and negotiation skills ✅ Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP tenders and projects * Analyze MEP drawings, specifications, and scope of works * Prepare tender submissions and support bid evaluations * Coordinate with procurement and site teams for MEP cost data * Prepare and evaluate variations and change orders * Assist in interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts * Monitor project costs and support cost control activities * Assist the commercial manager in claims, EOTs, and reporting * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers **Salary & Benefits** * Salary as per market standards * Career growth opportunities * Exposure to large and complex MEP projects * Professional working environment **Joining** Immediate / Short Notice Preferred **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply via Indeed job portal with updated CV.
