MEP Planning Engineer

Al Ghurair MEP LLC is seeking a skilled **MEP Planning Engineer** with **3–5 years of UAE experience** to support project planning, scheduling, and execution. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with company standards. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain project schedules using **Primavera P6** * Develop baseline programs and recovery plans * Monitor progress and prepare **weekly/monthly reports** * Coordinate with project teams to track milestones * Identify delays and recommend corrective actions * Integrate MEP activities with civil/architectural works **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering * 3–5 years UAE experience in MEP planning * Strong knowledge of **Primavera P6** * Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems * Good communication and analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Planning Engineer: 5 years (Required) * Primavera (P6): 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
