MEP Project Manager

**MEP Project Manager** Location: **Saudi Arabia** **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for construction projects across Saudi Arabia. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle * Develop project schedules, resource plans, execution strategies, and progress tracking systems * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams * Review and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals * Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements * Conduct site inspections and oversee installation quality and workmanship * Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies * Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders * Manage project budgets, resources, and overall project performance * Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards * Lead, mentor, and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and site personnel * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline **Experience** * 10–15 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry * Proven experience managing large scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects * Strong experience handling project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery * GCC experience preferred, particularly within Saudi Arabia **Technical Skills** * Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems * Expertise in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project controls * Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office * Experience reviewing shop drawings, technical documents, and material submittals * Knowledge of Saudi regulations, construction practices, and international standards **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP Certification * Saudi Council of Engineers Registration Work Location: In person
