MEP Project Manager

Project Manager – MEP Construction Job Summary Alborkan Global General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage MEP construction projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, resource management, client coordination, budget control, quality assurance, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities * Manage all phases of MEP construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. * Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and project budgets. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required. * Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and schedules. * Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents. * Lead site teams and provide direction to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports. * Manage project risks, variations, and change orders. * Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE requirements. * Coordinate procurement activities and monitor material deliveries. * Review and approve project documentation, method statements, and work procedures. * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and final closeout activities. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role. * Experience managing MEP construction projects in the UAE. * Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams. * Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Preferred Experience * Experience with industrial, commercial, warehouse, or large-scale construction projects. * Familiarity with local authority requirements and project approvals. * Experience working with consultants, developers, and main contractors.
