MEP QA/QC Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP QA/QC Engineer located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The MEP QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various MEP construction projects. They will develop project plans, monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. **Job Description:** * Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection & test plans (ITPs) for MEP systems. * Review and verify that all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. * Conduct inspections for incoming materials and verify compliance with project requirements. * Monitor MEP subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Maintain and organize all QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, material approvals, method statements, test results, and non-conformance reports. * Prepare and submit regular quality reports to QA/QC Manager and Project Management. * Coordinate with third-party laboratories and certification bodies for testing and approvals. * Maintain records for calibration of MEP testing equipment. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality integration at all stages. * Liaise with the client, consultants, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and handover documentation. * Attend site coordination meetings and provide input on QA/QC issues. * Witness testing and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure completion as per project specs. * Ensure all final inspections and snagging are completed and documented before handover. **Qualification:** A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering - At least 2-5 years of experience in construction field (MEP) in UAE. - Able to relocate Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Expected Salary ? * Notice Period ?
