MEP QA/QC Manager

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct and/or participate in company quality or technical compliance audits for contractor, sub-contractor vendors. * Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency. * Review QA/QC site organization, key personnel CV's as submitted by the contractors and advice the project manager of his comments. * Review QA/QC procedures and document control as submitted by the contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with agreement requirements. * Review Inspection, test plans as submitted by the contractors and ensures compliance with agreement requirements. * Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format. * Ensure traceability of all materials and equipment from purchasing and up to delivery on site. * Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification. * Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with PM & engineers, on a daily basis issuing NCR's in case of non-compliance and reporting to Project Manager in case of shortage of skilled labourers and/or site supervision staff. * Participate & assessing concession requests and field Design Changes as submitted by contractor. * Participate & reviewing the Close Out Report as submitted by contractors. * Coordinate with all disciplines/contractor’s for QA/QC. * Ensure KPI’s of all the QA/QC team is implemented and evaluated and monitored in timely manner. **SKILLS:** v Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. v Experience in construction quality assurance/quality control, management Implementing QA/QC management system at site and monitor activities to ensure quality objectives are met. v Ability to Verify quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards v Quality check and control, Quality advocacy, Efficiency and Productivity Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
