Skilled in coordinating with project teams, preparing BOQs, evaluating variations, and ensuring accurate commercial documentation while maintaining quality and project timelines. **Interested candidates are requested to submit their CVs through the link provided below:** https://portal.myhr724.com/jobs/0e726bf6e5bc2e39793ae20d94fa9a7cbd831afa **Responsibilities** * Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works. * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Prepare Bill of Quantities for tendering and project execution. * Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements. * Prepare monthly valuations, invoices, and payment certificates. * Handle variations, claims, and change orders. * Verify subcontractor bills and supplier invoices. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams. * Track material quantities and project progress. * Assist in budgeting and forecasting project costs. * Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements. * Maintain proper documentation for all commercial activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. * 5–8 years of experience in MEP construction projects. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methods. * Experience in quantity take-off and cost control. * Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation & takeoff software. * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage. * Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
