MEP Supervisor

Job Advertisement – MEP Foreman (Plumbing & Electrical) **Position:** MEP Foreman – Plumbing & Electrical **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Prime Vision Building Contracting LLC Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive **MEP Foreman** with strong knowledge of both **Plumbing and Electrical works** for villa and building construction projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labor teams, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring all MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Responsibilities * Supervise daily Plumbing and Electrical installation works on site. * Allocate manpower and monitor productivity. * Read and interpret MEP drawings and shop drawings. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other trades. * Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. * Monitor material requirements and site logistics. * Conduct inspections and rectify defects. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures. * Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports. * Attend site meetings as required. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Foreman. * Strong experience in villa construction and building projects. * Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, and local authority requirements. * Ability to manage plumbing and electrical teams independently. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
