Network Support Engineer

* Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems. * Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections. * Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. * Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and applications. * Ensure network and system security through updates and security controls. * Perform data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures. * Document network configurations, incidents, and troubleshooting activities. * Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve technical issues and support projects. * **Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science / IT** or related field. * 3–5 years of experience within a large IT infrastructure.
