Anton Oilfield Services Group | Downhole Operations Industrial Group is Hiring: Oil & Gas Well Testing ProjectManager (Iraq)Position: Oil & Gas Well Testing Project ManagerLocation: IraqDepartment: Downhole Operations Industrial GroupKey Responsibilities:Responsible for comprehensive management of all well testing, tubing recovery service (TRS), formation testing, wireline, and wellhead operations. This includes design review, on-site operations, data monitoring, process coordination, and risk control. Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.Develop project plans and budgets, coordinate internal and external resources, control costs, and manage changes and critical issues.Implement safety training, emergency drills, well control procedures, and H_S protection measures. Conduct pre-operation safety analysis and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.Lead project teams, clarify roles and responsibilities, and conduct performance evaluations. Manage subcontractors (well testing crews, wireline service providers, etc.) regarding work quality and contract compliance.Prepare daily operation reports, final completion reports, and settlement documentation. Report progress, cost, and technical data to clients and management.RequirementsChinese national with bachelor's degree or above; proficient in Chinese and English as working languages.Minimum 5 years of experience in formation testing and tubing recovery operations.Minimum 3 years of project management experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in well completion bidding and contract business development.
