Operational Manager

**Job Title: Operational Manager – Maintenance (Facilities / MEP)** **Location:** UAE **Industry:** Technical Services / Maintenance **Nationality Preference:** Emirati (UAE Nationals preferred) **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Operational Manager** to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple sites. The role involves managing field teams, ensuring service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships within the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage day-to-day **maintenance operations** (MEP, civil, HVAC, etc.) * Plan, schedule, and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance activities** * Lead and supervise **site engineers, supervisors, and technicians** * Ensure all operations comply with **UAE safety regulations and company standards** * Monitor **service quality**, KPIs, and SLA performance * Coordinate with clients to ensure **timely service delivery and satisfaction** * Manage **resource allocation**, manpower planning, and material usage * Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and improvement plans * Handle **AMC contracts**, service schedules, and renewals * Control operational costs and improve productivity * Resolve operational issues, escalations, and emergency situations **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)** or related field * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in maintenance operations (UAE experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of **MEP systems and facility management** * Proven leadership and team management skills * Familiarity with **UAE labor laws and safety standards** * Valid UAE Driving License (preferred) * Excellent communication skills in **English** (Arabic is an advantage) **Skills & Competencies** * Leadership & Team Management * Operational Planning & Execution * Problem-Solving & Decision-Making * Client Relationship Management * Time Management & Multitasking * Cost Control & Budgeting **Preferred Candidate Profile** * **UAE National (Emirati) preferred with family Book.** * Experience in **technical services / maintenance companies** * Strong understanding of local regulations and business practices **Benefits** * Competitive Salary Package * Company Vehicle Allowance * Career Growth Opportunities Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
