**Your Mission**
The Project Manager's main mission is to create and apply the operational marketing strategy of the company for the North America market to contribute to the achievement of the group sales objectives. You will be responsible for interpreting, adapting, and planning an operational marketing plan, keeping in mind the brand standards and budgets. 10% of the role will be dedicated to Communication and Digital support.
You will be working cross-functionally with all concerned departments, store managers, and airports in all regions.
**Operational Marketing:**
* Build a marketing plan and calendar for the different airports and markets.
* Organize and implement commercial operations in collaboration with North America operational teams. Analyze and monitor the results with monthly reporting.
* Daily communication with store managers to help them improve their performance.
* Develop creative content and communication materials for Be Relax stores (posters, videos, flyers…);
* Ensure that stores merchandising follows brand requirements and make adjustments if needed.
* Implement new Be Relax products and 3rd party brands in each location in collaboration with logistics and product departments.
* Launch of new service offers, allowing to demonstrate new sources of profitability or improvement of the quality of service.
* Help in organizing in-store events such as Grand opening, new service launch, partnership…
**Communication and Digital:**
* Participate in the preparation of content for our Wellness blog
* Prepare a monthly newsletter for our customers
* Support the digital team with social media content

**You are our ideal candidate if:**
You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, communications in an international retail environment, or airport/travel retail experience. A digital experience is a strong Plus.
You are passionate about wellness and travel, and you are result-oriented.
You are fluent in English.

**Skills:**
* Very comfortable with Office
* Graphic design software knowledge mandatory: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (video editing tools appreciated), or Canva
* Reporting tools
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
