بصره📢 Job Opportunity | Operations & Administrative Coordinator📍 Location: Basra – Safat Al Basra Residential AreaA leading Iraqi company operating in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking to hire an experienced and highly organized:# Operations & Administrative CoordinatorThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in administrative and operational coordination, document control, tender preparation, and daily project follow-up, with the ability to manage workflows efficiently and professionally.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Organize and manage all company and project documentation and correspondence.• Prepare official reports, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).• Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.• Maintain and update databases, logs, and administrative records.• Organize meetings, schedules, and daily operational activities.• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment records.• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and site access requirements.• Follow up administrative requests and office/site procurement activities.• Prepare and manage Technical & Commercial Tenders and related documentation.• Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and contract follow-ups.• Use SAP ERP system for operational and administrative processes.• Manage hardcopy and electronic filing systems using professional archiving methods.• Operate document control and electronic archiving software efficiently.• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, and quality requirements.• Prepare official correspondence and translations in both Arabic and English.• Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits when required.🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or administrative coordination, preferably within Oil & Gas companies.• Strong experience in Technical & Commercial Tenders and contract management.• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP system and reporting tools.• Strong background in document control, electronic archiving systems, and records management.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).• Professional, proactive personality with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.📧 How to Apply:Please send your CV to:[[email protected]]
