Operations Engineer

**NAJ Contracting L.L.C.** is seeking an experienced **Operations Engineer / Coordinator** to join our projects team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. **Job Roles & Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site. * Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors. * Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. * Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. * Identify site issues and propose effective solutions. * Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage. * Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of works. * Assist in project planning and coordination. * Ensure timely completion of project milestones. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum **7–10 years of experience** in construction projects (UAE experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management. * Good command of **AutoCAD** and MS Office. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
