**Role Purpose:** We are seeking a highly capable, structured and hands-on **Operations & Finance Manager** to join our Dubai office. This role sits at the core of Pleteum’s operations and financial management, combining full ownership of finance oversight, cash flow control, compliance, and operational execution across international real estate development projects. The role goes beyond coordination — it requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to ensure that both **financial and operational systems run with clarity, discipline, and zero gaps**. The successful candidate will act as a **partner to leadership**, ensuring that all financial processes, reporting, project controls, and operational workflows are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. The role is based in Dubai and supports projects internationally, including Africa and Indonesia, working closely with management, external auditors, banks, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. **Responsibilities:** **Finance Leadership & Oversight** * Own financial reporting, cash flow management, and budget oversight across all entities and projects * Ensure accurate and timely financial data, with clear visibility on project and company performance * Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions * Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial close processes **Payments, Invoicing & Financial Control** * Approve and oversee payments, invoices, and financial transactions * Ensure strong financial controls, documentation, and audit readiness * Maintain full transparency and discipline in cash flow tracking and forecasting **Compliance & Regulatory Management** * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (Corporate Tax, VAT, WPS) and international requirements * Oversee audit processes and maintain strong governance standards * Manage multi-entity financial structures and reporting requirements **Operations & Project Controls** * Oversee project financial tracking including budgets, costs, contracts, and commitments * Ensure disciplined tracking of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across projects * Hold internal teams and external partners accountable to timelines and budgets **Operational Leadership** * Act as the operational counterpart to the Project Coordinator and broader team * Ensure continuity and full operational coverage across finance and administration * Identify gaps, implement systems, and continuously improve internal processes **Stakeholder Coordination** * Serve as the central point for financial and operational alignment across all stakeholders * Coordinate with engineering firms, consultants, and contractors on financial and contractual matters * Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership for decision-making **Qualifications** * CPA (Certified Public Accountant) * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and governance **Required Skills & Experience** * 8+ years of experience in: - Finance, accounting, or auditing - Financial management, reporting, and cash flow control - Payments, invoicing, and financial operations * Proven experience with: - UAE regulatory environment (Corporate Tax, VAT, WPS) - Multi-entity and international business structures - External audits and financial compliance * Strong experience in: - Project-based environments (real estate, construction, or similar) - Budgeting, cost control, and contract management * Advanced proficiency in: - Accounting systems and financial tools - Excel and financial modelling **Preferred Skills** * Strong leadership mindset with high ownership and accountability * Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking * Ability to build, implement, and improve systems from the ground up * Clear communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on **Pay Range & Benefits** * Market-competitive compensation * Prime Dubai Internet City office location Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
