We are committed to engineering excellence, innovation, quality, and operational efficiency. **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and oversee all operational activities across multiple façade and aluminum projects. The successful candidate will drive project execution, operational excellence, resource optimization, and business performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Lead the overall operations of façade, aluminum, glazing, and architectural metal projects. * Manage project delivery from planning through completion and handover. * Oversee project managers, engineers, site teams, fabrication, and installation operations. * Ensure project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved. * Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, production, and commercial departments. * Optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and operational resources. * Monitor project performance, profitability, and cost control measures. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication and installation processes. * Ensure compliance with company QA/QC, HSE, and contractual requirements. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * 15–25 years of experience within the façade, aluminum, glazing, and architectural metal industry. * Proven leadership experience managing multiple large-scale façade and curtain wall projects. * Strong understanding of fabrication, production, supply chain, and site installation operations. * Demonstrated success in operational management, project delivery, and business performance. * Excellent commercial, contractual, and cost-control knowledge. * Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Extensive UAE or GCC market experience is mandatory.
