Operations Manager – Fit-Out

Job Title: Operations Manager – Fit-Out **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Industry:** Interior Fit-Out / Construction **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager – Fit-Out** to oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, resource planning, budget control, client management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the overall operations of fit-out projects from award to handover. * Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all activities. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. * Oversee procurement activities and ensure materials are delivered as per project requirements. * Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability. * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and quality standards. * Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. * Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and support staff. * Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings. * Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Resolve operational challenges and maintain strong client relationships. * Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum 10–15 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects. * At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. * Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and project management practices. * Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Strong commercial and financial management capabilities. * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred. Preferred Experience * Commercial office fit-outs. * Hospitality and retail fit-out projects. * High-end residential interior projects. * UAE/GCC market experience.
