A reputable company operating in shipping & general trading is looking to hire an Operations & Procurement Assistant with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Operations, or Logistics.Key Responsibilities:1- Support day-to-day procurement and operational activities2- Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices3- Conduct market research to source materials and services4- Communicate and coordinate professionally with suppliers5- Maintain accurate documentation, filing, and archiving systems (Drive & physical files)6- Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy and proper record-keepingRequirements:1- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement / Operations / Logistics2- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting3- Good English communication skills (emails & reporting)4- Basic understanding of procurement processes5- Experience in document control and archiving6- Strong internet research and sourcing skills7- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills8- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure9- Proactive, responsible, fast learner, and adaptableWhat We’re Looking For:A detail-oriented and motivated candidate who can effectively support operations, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to improving procurement processes.
